● in Europe from the manufacturer (e.g. ABB from 5 to 6 weeks)

● warehouse service - 1 to 3 days, depending on the number of goods

Koloss Electric selles goods in euros, including 20% VAT for Estonian Customers ( 0% VAT for EU Customers, If the Customer is registered as a taxpayer in his EU Country)

There are no unreliable intermediary organizations in the chain of partner companies.

● on-site check diagnostics (depends on the equipment)

● the customer disassembles the equipment

● transportation to the Koloss Electric warehouses

● the "guilty party" pays expenses

● goods are delivered to Tallinn

● goods are transported to the manufacturer

● the manufacturer diagnoses and makes a decision

● In case of replacement, we deliver goods back to the customer's address or the warehouse
